The Roger Goulart Brut Rosé Millésimé 2022 is a rosé *Cava* made from 90% Garnacha, 5% Monastrell, and 5% Pinot Noir, with a minimum of 12 months bottle aging. It offers intense aromas of red fruits with hints of licorice, a fresh and balanced palate with a silky texture, and a long, persistent finish.
Roger Goulart winery was founded in 1882 in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, in the heart of Alt Penedès, and is a pioneer in the production of *cava* using the traditional method in Spain.
