The Roger Goulart Brut Rosé 2017 is a rosé *Cava* made from 90% Garnacha, 5% Monastrell, and 5% Pinot Noir, with a minimum of 12 months bottle aging. It shows intense aromas of red fruits with hints of licorice, a fresh and balanced palate with a silky texture, and a long, persistent finish.
Roger Goulart winery was founded in 1882 in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, in the heart of Alt Penedès, and is a pioneer in the production of *cava* using the traditional method in Spain.
Magnum, which is 1,5L. Magnum comes from Latin and means "large" or "magnificent". It is equivalent to 2 standard 0.75L bottles.
