There are so many bottle sizes that it's sometimes difficult to choose the right one. We've prepared a bottle guide where we give advice on which bottle size is right for you.
When it comes to bubbles, bottle size isn't just a talking point; it has a significant impact on the aging process and the overall wine experience. Below is a breakdown of the different bottle sizes, from smallest to largest.

1/4 Bottle ( Piccolo) - 200 ml
Equivalent to a single glass, the Piccolo is perfect for a personal toast or a small celebration. Ideal for enjoying or giving as a gift!

1/2 Bottle ( Demi) - 375 ml
This is basically a smaller version of a regular bottle, with half the volume. It's a good choice for drinking alone or at an intimate gathering.

Standard bottle - 750 ml
The most common size, this bottle holds the typical 750 ml of sparkling wine. It's perfect for most occasions, whether it's a dinner date or enjoying a glass with friends.

Magnum – 1,5 liter (2 bottles)
A Magnum bottle has twice the capacity of a standard bottle. Because it holds more wine, it's considered to age better and develop more complex flavors over time. It's also a great choice for larger celebrations!

Jeroboam – 3 liters (4 bottles)

The Nebuchadnezzar, the largest standard size, has a capacity of 15 liters, equivalent to 20 bottles. It is the ultimate expression of sparkling wine extravagance and is often used for large celebrations or luxurious events.

Solomon - 18 liters (24 bottles)
An impressive bottle, the Salomon contains 24 bottles of champagne and can serve about 170 flutes.

Sovereign – 25 liters (34 bottles)
It is named after the Latin word for "first class". These bottles are often used for special occasions and for wines intended for long aging due to the benefits of larger format bottles on wine maturation.

Primat / Goliath – 27 liters (36 botles)
The Primat or Goliath bottle size is equivalent to 36 standard bottles or 216 Champagne glasses. It's a rare and impressive format, often associated with prestigious wines and special occasions.

Melquisedec / Midas – 30 liters (40 bottles)
The Melchizedek, also known as the Midas, is the largest bottle available, holding 30 litres of wine. This size is equivalent to 40 standard bottles or 240 glasses and is named after the biblical figure Melchizedek, the King of Salem and priest of the Most High.
