Codorníu Cuvée Original Brut Rosé is a Cava made with 50% Grenache, 25% Monastrell, and 25% Trepat. Its minimum 9-month aging on lees gives it aromas of red berries, blackcurrant, jam, and subtle notes of pastry and yeast, resulting in a fresh and balanced taste.
Codorníu is the oldest winery in Spain, founded in 1551 in Catalonia. It is a pioneer in the production of cava, a symbol of innovation in sparkling wines. It sells around 57 million bottles annually, leading the Spanish cava market and with a presence in more than 50 countries.

Appearance:
An attractive, medium-to-high intensity pink color, with fine and persistent bubbles that form a delicate crown in the glass.
Nose:
On the nose, this cava is very fruity and fresh. Intense aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry stand out, with hints of currant and jam. Slight and elegant notes of pastry or yeast are also perceptible, a result of its aging in contact with the lees.
