Aymar Brut Nature Reserva 2017 75cl
The Ayala Rosé Majeur is the rosé Champagne made with a base of 52% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. It is aged for approximately 3 years on lees, giving it complexity and finesse. It has a pale, bright pink color with delicate, persistent bubbles. It stands out for its aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, currant), floral notes and a subtle touch of spices and pastries.
The wine is aged using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and a minimum ageing of 24 months on lees, which gives it greater complexity and finesse.
The Reserva is fresh and elegant, with notes of apricot, passion fruit, and citrus. Well-structured, with a long, refreshing, and slightly mineral finish.
Bodegas Aymar is a family winery located in Penedès, Catalonia, with more than six generations dedicated to viticulture and the production of organic wines and sparkling wines.
