Roger Goulart Josep Valls Extra Brut Gran Reserva 2020 is an elegant and complex *Cava* from Penedès, made from 35% Xarel·lo, 35% Chardonnay, 15% Macabeo, and 15% Parellada using the traditional method, with over 36 months of bottle aging. It displays aromas of ripe fruit, pastry, and floral notes, with a creamy, fresh, and balanced palate.
Roger Goulart winery was founded in 1882 in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, in the heart of Alt Penedès, and is a pioneer in the production of *cava* using the traditional method in Spain.
