The Llopart Ex-Vite Brut Gran Reserva 2015 is an exquisite organic Corpinnat made with 40% Xarel·lo and 60% Macabeo from century-old vineyards, aged for more than 5 years in the bottle, offering a brilliant golden hue with aromas of dried fruits, honey, and pastry, a creamy texture, and vibrant acidity, all culminating in a long and elegant finish.
Llopart Ex·Vite is considered the flagship of Llopart's long-aged sparkling wines. It combines the history and legacy of Llopart and is named after the family motto Ex Vite Vita (life comes from the vine). It ages majestically with dignity and elegance. Limited edition of 3142 bottles.

Llopart Ex-Vite Brut Gran Reserva 2015
Appearance:
Golden color, bright, with amber reflections; very fine bubbles that rise slowly, forming an elegant crown in the glass.
Nose:
Intense and captivating aromas of white fruit, citrus peel, and orange blossom, combined with notes of toast, dried fruits, balsamic undertones, and delicate smoky touches. Lactic nuances of aniseed cake, butter, fennel, and a herbal-mineral background also emerge.
Palate
On the palate, it is lively and very refreshing, with fine bubbles that caress the palate, a silky, creamy, and flavorful texture. It offers a firm and complex structure, with hints of floral, fruity, spicy, and mineral notes. The finish is very long, very dry, and elegantly persistent, with notes of young almond and aromatic herbs.
