Baldus Brut Nature Reserva 75cl
The Baldus Brut Nature Reserva is an extremely dry cava made with 70% Macabeo, 20% Xarel·lo and 10% Parellada. It rests in the bottle for more than 24 months, developing elegance, structure and a fine, persistent bubble.
On the nose it offers defined notes of a wild and herbaceous character, with distinctive hints of dried fennel, a reflection of the environment where its vines grow.
Finca Baldús (Jané Santacana) is a family winery in the Penedès region that produces its own wines and cavas in a 17th-century farmhouse, combining tradition and wine tourism.

Baldus Brut Nature Reserva
Appearance:
Pale and bright, with greenish reflections that denote freshness. Fine, persistent, and well-integrated bubbles form an elegant crown on the surface.
Nose:
Clean and expressive aromas highlighting ripe white fruit and subtle hints of dried flowers. Aging on the lees adds complexity with notes of toasted nuts, bakery notes, and fine yeasts, blending with nuances of fresh citrus.
Palate
Smooth and balanced entry, with lively acidity that provides freshness and prolongs the palate. Light-bodied but well-structured, it displays flavors of apple, pear, and white peach, along with hints of almond and brioche. Its finish is dry, long, and elegant, typical of a Brut Nature, leaving a harmonious and persistent aftertaste.
