Baldus Brut Reserva 75cl
The Baldus Brut Reserva is a friendly and balanced cava that combines a touch of expedition liqueur to achieve smoothness. It is made from native grapes in a proportion of 70% Macabeo, 20% Xarel·lo and 10% Parellada, with a minimum aging of 24 months in the bottle that gives it complexity and structure.
In the glass, its color is bright straw gold, with a constant medium-sized bubble forming a fine crown; the fresh aromas of honey, white flowers (apple and cherry), and subtle hints of toasted nuts stand out.
Finca Baldús (Jané Santacana) is a family winery in the Penedès region that produces its own wines and cavas in a 17th-century farmhouse, combining tradition and wine tourism.
