The Mas Bertran Balma Brut Nature Reserva 2022 is an organic Penedés Clásico sparkling wine, made from 50% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeo, and 10% Parellada and aged for 24 months on its lees. Very dry with a pale yellow color and fine bubbles, it offers aromas of white fruit, citrus, and bread, with a fresh, creamy, and persistent palate.
Mas Bertran winery was founded in 2005 by cousins Roser Carbó and Eva Bertran in Sant Martí Sarroca, Barcelona. What began in the family garage became a modern winery, inaugurated in 2011.

Appearance:

Initial notes of citrus peels, grapefruit, freshly baked bread, which evolve into more fruity aromas such as peach, quince and unripe pineapple.

It is fresh, with a well-balanced acidity and a soft carbonation, which gives it a honeyed or creamy texture.
