Cavas Hill Panot Gaudí Pinot Noir Rosé is a rosé cava made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from organic vineyards and aged for a minimum of 12 months. It has a vibrant raspberry red color and offers an intense aromatic expression on the nose, dominated by red fruits. It is fruity, fresh, balanced, very complex, and has a long finish.
Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Penedès region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Penedès, Barcelona). It specializes in the production of cava and still wines, always following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging in its underground cellars.
