The Cavas Hill Col·lecció Privada Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2020 is a Brut Nature cava in a limited edition of 3,000 bottles, made with Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes and aged for more than 48 months. It stands out for its elegance, creaminess, and freshness. It presents complex aromas of toast, roasted apple, cinnamon, honey, coconut, and bread, and on the palate, it is long, balanced, and delicate.
Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Penedès region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Penedès, Barcelona). It specializes in the production of cava and still wines, always following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging in its underground cellars.
