The Maset L’avi Pau Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2021 is an organic Cava made from a blend of 50 % Xarel·lo, 30 % Macabeo, and 20 % Chardonnay. This Cava has been aged for more than 36 months on its lees in a horizontal position, providing greater aromatic complexity and a creamy texture. The name “L’avi Pau” of this Cava from Bodegas Maset refers to “Grandfather Pau”, in honor of one of the Maset family ancestors.

Appearance:
Straw yellow color with golden highlights and fine, well-integrated bubbles.
Nose:
Aromas of ripe white fruit (apple), citrus notes (lemon peel), and aromas from long aging (brioche and hazelnuts). Hints of apple blossom.
Palate
On the palate it is dry, ample and creamy, with good structure and a long and persistent, very refreshing finish.
