Cavas Hill Cuvée 1887 Brut Nature 75cl (nueva etiqueta)
Cavas Hill Cuvée 1887 Brut Nature is an elegant and dry organic Cava, made with Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada grapes and aged for at least 12 months. It is a straw-yellow Cava with greenish reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it displays subtle yet expressive aromas, combining notes of white flowers and green fruits such as apple and pear, with delicate hints of aging. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, and refreshing, with a pronounced acidity that provides liveliness and a long, lingering finish.
Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Penedès region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Penedès, Barcelona). It specializes in the production of cava and still wines, always following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging in its underground cellars.
