Cavas Hill Panot Gaudí Brut Nature is a dry white cava with a classic style, made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Chardonnay, Macabeo, and Parellada grapes. Aged for at least 12 months, it offers a clean, fresh, and fruity profile, marked by aromas of green apple, lime, and floral nuances. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced acidity and vibrant character.
Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Penedès region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Penedès, Barcelona). It specializes in the production of cava and still wines, always following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging in its underground cellars.

Appearance:
Bright yellow with greenish and golden reflections, showing very fine and persistent bubbles that rise in uniform columns, forming a constant veil in the glass, indicating prolonged fermentation and aging. The mousse is delicate and elegant.
Nose:
Fresh and expressive aromas of green fruit, primarily Granny Smith apple and lime, combined with notes of ripe citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit. Subtle floral touches of orange blossom and acacia are perceptible, along with delicate nuances of yeast and fine pastry that add complexity and reflect its bottle aging.
Palate
A fresh and lively entry, with flavors of green apple and citrus, a light creaminess, and a clean finish with hints of toasted bread and almond.
