Cavas Hill Panot Gaudí Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2020 75cl

El Cavas Hill Panot Gaudí Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2020 es un cava seco elaborado con una mezcla de Xarel·lo, Chardonnay, Macabeo y Parellada.  Ha sido elaborado mediante segunda fermentación al estilo tradicional, con una crianza mínima de 30 meses. Presenta un color amarillo pajizo con reflejos dorados y burbujas finas y persistentes. Con aromas de crianza sobre fondos tostados como avellanas y pan tostado, complementados por notas de pastelería. El cava es amplio, equilibrado, cremoso y delicadamente goloso, con un posgusto limpio y persistente donde reaparecen las notas tostadas y ligeros matices cítricos.

Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Penedès region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Penedès, Barcelona). It specializes in the production of cava and still wines, always following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging in its underground cellars.
