Cavas Hill Cuvée 1887 Brut Rosé is an organic cava made with Garnacha and Trepat grapes, following the traditional method with a minimum aging period of 12 months. It stands out for its pale raspberry red color and fine bubbles, aromas of ripe red fruits with subtle notes of aging, and a fruity, balanced, and elegant palate, with a harmonious and pleasant finish.
Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Penedès region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Penedès, Barcelona). It specializes in the production of cava and still wines, always following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging in its underground cellars.
