Cavas Hill Cuvée 1887 Brut Semi Seco is an organic cava made with Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada grapes, following the traditional method with a minimum aging period of 12 months. It has a vibrant straw-yellow color with green reflections and a persistent, fine effervescence. On the nose, it is fresh and aromatic; on the palate, it is creamy, very fruity, and with a gentle sweetness that makes it very approachable.
Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Penedès region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Penedès, Barcelona). It specializes in the production of cava and still wines, always following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging in its underground cellars.
