Roger Goulart Semi Seco Millésime 2021 is a semi-dry *cava* from Penedès, made from 40% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, and 30% Parellada, with a minimum of 20 months aging in the bottle. It shows aromas of white fruits, floral notes, and hints of pastry, with a sweet yet balanced palate, lively acidity, and a persistent finish.
Roger Goulart winery was founded in 1882 in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, in the heart of Alt Penedès, and is a pioneer in the production of *cava* using the traditional method in Spain.

Appearance:

Sweet due to its high sugar content, but with a lively acidity that adds body. A lingering finish with fruity notes and subtle hints of brioche.
