The Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé 2015 is a Champagne blended with 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay, to which 5% red wine from the historic La Côte aux Enfants plot is added. Fermented entirely in oak and aged under cork for more than double the time required by the appellation. It offers vibrant strawberries, mandarin, rhubarb and notes of nuts and spices, while the palate is silky, with good structure and a juicy density that evolves towards flavors of blood orange, ripe fruit, mineral touches and a long and elegant finish.
