Cavas Hill Panot Gaudí Coral Brut Rosé is a cava made with Xarel·lo, Chardonnay, and Garnacha Tinta grapes, aged for a minimum of 12 months. It stands out for its pale, bright pink color with fine bubbles, fruity aromas of apple, pear, and cherry, and an elegant, fresh, and balanced palate, with hints of red berries, good acidity, and a persistent finish.
Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Penedès region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Penedès, Barcelona). It specializes in the production of cava and still wines, always following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging in its underground cellars.
