Presenta aromas intensos de fruta madura y confitada, acompañados de notas de bollería, frutos secos, miel y matices tostados propios de la larga crianza. Es estructurado, seco y equilibrado, con buena acidez, burbuja fina y cremosa, y un final largo y refinado que refleja su carácter de Gran Reserva.

Appearance:
Golden yellow color with straw-colored reflections, bright, with very fine and persistent bubbles that form an elegant crown.
Nose:
Great aromatic complexity with notes of ripe and candied fruit, hints of bakery and pastry products, along with nuances of toasted nuts, honey and light balsamic tones that demonstrate its long aging process.
Palate
A broad and elegant entry on the palate, with good structure and balanced acidity; the bubbles are creamy and well integrated. Flavors of ripe fruit stand out, combined with toasted and yeasty notes, leading to a long, dry, and sophisticated finish, worthy of a Gran Reserva.
