Freixenet Trepat is a rosé cava made from 100% Trepat grapes from the Conca de Barberà region, produced using the traditional method with second fermentation in the bottle and an average of 18 months of aging on the lees.
It combines the fruity freshness of cherry, raspberry, and apricot with citrus notes, subtle tropical nuances, and hints of yeast and brioche characteristic of its aging process. It is lively and balanced, with fine bubbles, good acidity, and a persistent and elegant finish, making it an expressive and distinctive cava.
