Bollinger Special Cuvée 75cl con estuche
Bollinger Special Cuvée is a flagship Champagne from Bollinger, crafted with 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Meunier, combining reserve wines up to 15 years old and aged for a minimum of 3 years in the cellar. It stands out for its pale golden color and fine bubbles, aromas of ripe fruit, bakery, and spices, and a structured, long, and elegant palate with notes of pear, brioche, and fresh walnut.
The name Bollinger Special Cuvée comes from Georges Bollinger’s British agent, who gave it this name in 1911, considering that the expression “non-vintage brut” did not do justice to a champagne of such subtlety. Bollinger Special Cuvée is the house’s most emblematic non-vintage champagne.
