The Bollinger B13 2013 is a Champagne Blanc de Noirs 2013 made 100% Pinot Noir from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. Barrel fermented and aged for 7 years in the cellar. It has a bright golden color and fine bubbles. It offers notes of pear, apple, quince and citrus fruits, along with hints of white flowers, nuts and toast.
