The Abelé 1757 Brut Rosé is an elegant and expressive Champagne, crafted from a classic blend of varieties: 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 30% Pinot Meunier. This non-vintage (NV) cuvée undergoes a minimum aging of 36 months. It is smooth and creamy, with balanced acidity that provides freshness and liveliness. Its predominant flavors include red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a delicate touch of toasted bread.

Abelé 1757 is one of the oldest and most respected houses in the region. Founded in Reims in 1757 by merchant Joseph Abelé, it stands out for its traditional approach and constant pursuit of excellence in production.
