This non-vintage (NV) cuvée undergoes a minimum aging of 36 months. It is smooth and creamy, with balanced acidity that provides freshness and liveliness. Its predominant flavors include red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a delicate touch of toasted bread.
