Its aging in the cellar for around 3 years on the lees gives it aromatic complexity and a creamy texture. It offers intense and fresh flavors of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and pomegranate, accompanied by citrus and floral notes and a delicate touch of spice, all framed by fine bubbles and a persistent, elegant finish.
