Cavas Hill Panot Gaudí Brut Reserva 75cl

Cavas Hill Panot Gaudí Brut Reserva is a dry DO Cava sparkling wine, made with a blend of Xarel·lo, Chardonnay, Macabeo, and Parellada grapes. It is aged for a minimum of 15 months on its lees. This cava has a bright yellow color with golden highlights and fine, well-integrated bubbles. On the nose, it is expressive and intense with aromas of green pear, kiwi, pineapple, citrus fruits, and a subtle floral undertone. On the palate, it offers great freshness and intensity, with notes of mandarin orange and anise, good balance, and a finish marked by the aging process with nuances of toasted bread, dried fruit, and yeast.

Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Penedès region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Penedès, Barcelona). It specializes in the production of cava and still wines, always following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging in its underground cellars.
