Cavas Hill Cuvée 1887 Brut 75cl
Cavas Hill Cuvée 1887 Brut is a dry white cava, made with Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada grapes, and aged for at least 12 months in the bottle. It stands out for its straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and fine bubbles; it offers an expressive and balanced profile, with notes of grapefruit, green apple, and hints of aging, and is perceived as fruity, fresh, and harmonious, with an elegant finish of white peach.
Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Penedès region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Penedès, Barcelona). It specializes in the production of cava and still wines, always following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging in its underground cellars.
