Castellroig Rosado Brut Reserva 75cl
El Castellroig Rosat Brut Reserva is a Corpinnat made primarily from the indigenous varieties Garnacha, Trepat and Xarel-lo. It undergoes a minimum ageing period of 18 months on the lees, giving it great finesse and elegance. It stands out for its intense aromas of fresh red fruit (strawberries, raspberries), combined with delicate floral notes of rose and subtle hints of fine pastry and nuts resulting from its ageing. On the palate, it is fresh, luscious, balanced and creamy, with finely integrated bubbles and a long, persistent finish.

Castellroig Rosado Brut Reserva
Appearance:
It presents an attractive pale pink color, reminiscent of onion skin or delicate salmon, with a very clean and bright appearance. Its bubbles are fine, delicate, and persistent, forming a continuous stream and an elegant crown in the glass.
Nose:
On the nose, it is expressive, elegant, and remarkably fresh. The aromas of fresh wild red fruit take center stage, with notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, and pomegranate, accompanied by delicate floral nuances of rose petals. As it opens up, ageing-derived notes emerge, including freshly baked pastry, brioche, and a subtle underlying hint of nuts, particularly almond.
Palate
On the palate, it opens with great freshness and lightness, showing an excellent balance between vibrant acidity and the lusciousness of the fruit. The bubbles are creamy, smooth, and silky, without being aggressive. The palate is lively, pleasant, and well-rounded, with good volume.
