The Llopart Microcosmos Brut Nature Rosé is an organic sparkling rosé from the Corpinnat category, made mainly with 55%Pinot Noir, 10% Garnacha and 35% Monastrellfrom high altitude vineyards. After a minimum aging period of 24 months on the lees, it displays a bright and delicate salmon color with fine and persistent bubbles.
Llopart is a historic family winery in Penedès, dedicated since 1887 to traditional sparkling wines, a pioneer in organic viticulture and a co-founder of Corpinnat.
