The Aymar Brut Nature Reserva Única 2016 is a sparkling Classic Penedès, made with 100% Xapas celery centenarians (>75 years).
It is produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle on lees, and has a long aging of more than 100 months (more than 8 years), allowing complex aromas such as sweet bread, brioche or butter to develop, along with nuts and ripe fruit.
Bodegas Aymar represents a fusion of family tradition, innovation in the production of organic wines and cavas, and a deep respect for the Penedès region.
