The Albet i Noya Les Nords Extra Brut Reserva 2021 is an organic Clàssic Penedès from the Penedès region, made with Macabeo Xarel·lo and Chardonnay. Slow fermentation at a low temperature and stabilization. Second fermentation in the bottle following the traditional method. Aging on its lees for more than 30 months. Bright pale yellow color, with greenish reflections. Fine bubbles. Subtle and elegant aromas. White flowers, white fruit and a touch of citrus stand out, with a clear presence of fresh and aromatic herbs.
