Sabaté i Coca Josep Coca Brut Nature Gran Reserva is an emblematic single-estate Corpinnat from the winery, made predominantly from Xarel·lo grapes from old vines in Finca Terroja, complemented by a touch of Macabeo. It undergoes a long minimum ageing period of 60 months on the lees, giving it a profile of exceptional complexity, volume, and gastronomic elegance. It stands out for its aromas of ripe white fruit, fennel, saline nuances, and pronounced notes of pastry, brioche, and toasted nuts. On the palate, it is completely dry, broad, rich, and creamy, with impeccable acidity and an exceptionally long, persistent finish.

Appearance:
It displays a bright golden-yellow hue with persistent greenish reflections of youth. The bubbles are exceptionally fine, with a slow, hypnotic release that culminates in a flawless, continuous crown in the glass.
Nose:
On the nose, it is deep, complex, and highly mature. It initially reveals notes of baked apple, dried apricots, and ripe pear, interwoven with hints of wild aromatic herbs and fennel. Its long ageing is the true star, contributing intense notes of butter, freshly baked puff pastry, toffee, and toasted almonds.
Palate
On the palate, it is powerful, broad, and well-structured. It opens clean and dry, with no added sugar, followed by a velvety, dense, and creamy texture, with bubbles that almost dissolve on the palate. It retains vibrant acidity that perfectly balances its mature character.
