Castellroig Brut Reserva is a Corpinnat made from the classic blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay, sourced from specific terroirs within the estate. It undergoes a minimum ageing period of 18 to 24 months on the lees, giving it excellent structure and complexity. It stands out for its aromas of white fruit, pear and apple, combined with citrus nuances, Mediterranean herbs, and elegant notes of brioche and nuts. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, balanced and creamy, with beautifully integrated bubbles and a long, flavoursome and persistent finish.

Appearance:
It displays a beautiful straw-yellow color with golden and greenish highlights, with a very bright and clean appearance. Its bubbles are fine, with a slow and steady release, forming an elegant stream that culminates in a delicate crown on the surface.
Nose:
On the nose, it stands out for its distinctly Mediterranean character, fresh and complex. Aromas of ripe white fruit, such as green apple and pear, and fresh citrus are beautifully integrated with floral nuances, hints of wild aromatic herbs, and an elegant underlying layer of pastry, brioche, and nuts derived from its ageing on the lees.
Palate
On the palate, it is dry, lively, and remarkably fresh on entry. It offers fantastic acidity that gives it vibrancy, complemented by creamy, well-integrated bubbles that add volume without feeling heavy. There is a fine balance between the fruit and the very subtle bitter nuances characteristic of Xarel·lo.
