The Torelló Fresh Brut Reserva 2019 is an organic *Corpinnat* that combines a blend of 48% Parellada, 29% Malvasia, 19% Macabeo, and 4% Xarel·lo. It undergoes a minimum of 18 months aging in the bottle. This Corpinnat shows a pale, bright yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles. It stands out for its freshness, floral and exotic fruit aromas, and on the palate, it offers tropical and syrupy notes, with balanced acidity and well-integrated carbonation.
The Torelló winery uses grapes from its Can Martí estate (Alt Penedès), a family vineyard since 1395.
