The Llopart Vi·brant 2023is a pearly, organic rosé wine, made with the indigenous Xarel·lo and Vermell varieties through natural fermentation for approximately 5 months on its lees in the bottle and without added sulfites.It is produced using minimal intervention winemaking methods: organic vineyards, hand-harvesting, indigenous yeasts, and techniques that respect the environment and reduce external inputs.
It stands out for its fine bubbles, freshness and lightness, with aromas of red fruits, pear and wild strawberry accompanied by balsamic notes. The result is creamy, delicate and very refreshing.
Llopart is a historic family winery in Penedès, dedicated since 1887 to traditional sparkling wines, a pioneer in organic viticulture and a co-founder of Corpinnat.
