It shows a bright straw-yellow color with fine bubbles; on the nose, it offers aromas of white and stone fruits, citrus notes, and delicate hints of pastry and yeast; on the palate, it is dry, fresh, and balanced, with good acidity, a creamy texture, more volume than a young brut, and a long, persistent finish.
