Emina Brut Nature is a sparkling wine from the D.O. Rueda made 100% from Verdejo grapes, following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and an approximate aging of 12 months on lees. Being a Brut Nature, it contains no added sugar, resulting in a very dry, fresh, and elegant sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose and palate, it features citrus and white fruit notes, tropical touches typical of Verdejo, and subtle hints of bakery and yeast, with balanced acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Appearance:
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections, clean and bright, with fine, abundant, and well-integrated bubbles forming a persistent crown.
Nose:
Fresh and intense aroma, dominated by white and citrus fruits (apple, lime), with subtle tropical notes and elegant hints of bakery and yeast from bottle aging.
Palate
Dry and very fresh, with good acidity, fine and creamy bubbles, a balanced and light mouthfeel where the fruity notes reappear, finishing long, clean, and refreshing.
