The Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée is the most important non-vintage Champagne of the house, which is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, aged for about 4 years on lees and including 15–30% reserve wines. In the glass, it appears fresh and balanced, with aromas and flavors of bright citrus, white fruits such as pear and apple, a touch of vineyard peach, nuances of white flowers, and delicate hints of brioche and toasted bread, which linger in a long, mineral, and elegant finish.

Appearance:
Pale yellow with golden reflections, clean and bright. Very fine and constant bubbles, forming an elegant and persistent string on the surface.
Nose:
Initial aromas of fresh citrus and white flowers. Over time, white fruits and vineyard peach appear, along with delicate hints of brioche and toasted bread.
Palate
A lively and dry attack, with well-integrated acidity and a creamy mousse. Citrus and white fruit flavors predominate, with a long, fruity and mineral finish.
