Drappier Carte d’or Brut 1,5L (magnum)
Drappier Carte d’or Brut is an emblematic Champagne from the Drappier house, composed primarily of 80% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, and 5% Pinot Meunier. Its aging on lees gives it finesse and elegance, developing fine bubbles and balanced acidity. Aromas of stone fruit, subtle spices, and quince jelly stand out, while on the palate it is vinous, complex, and fresh.
The Drappier winery, founded in 1808 in Urville, Champagne, is characterized by its respect for tradition, focus on authenticity, and sustainable cultivation of Pinot Noir, limiting the use of sulfites to preserve the purity of its champagnes.
Magnum, which is 1,5L. Magnum comes from Latin and means "large" or "magnificent". It is equivalent to 2 standard 0.75L bottles.
