The Abelé 1757 Brut is a Champagne crafted from a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 25% Pinot Meunier, complemented by 25% reserve wines. It undergoes a minimum aging of 3 years. The palate opens broad and creamy, revealing delicate flavors of acacia honey, fresh almond, and red fruits. The finish is enveloping and elegant, with subtle notes of currant and elderflower that bring freshness and harmonious balance, leaving a refined and lingering sensation on the palate.

Abelé 1757 is one of the oldest and most respected houses in the region. Founded in Reims in 1757 by merchant Joseph Abelé, it stands out for its traditional approach and constant pursuit of excellence in production.

Magnum, which is 1,5L. Magnum comes from Latin and means "large" or "magnificent". It is equivalent to 2 standard 0.75L bottles.

Appearance:
Pale golden color with greenish reflections and fine, persistent bubbles.

Nose:
Delicate aromas of flowers such as hawthorn and acacia, combined with notes of ripe fruits such as peach and apricot, as well as hints of honey, toast, and cinnamon.

Palate
A full and creamy entry, with flavors of acacia honey, fresh almonds, and red berries. The finish is enveloping, with subtle notes of currant and elderberry that provide freshness.
