The Abelé 1757 Brut is a Champagne crafted from a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 25% Pinot Meunier, complemented by 25% reserve wines. It undergoes a minimum aging of 3 years. The palate opens broad and creamy, revealing delicate flavors of acacia honey, fresh almond, and red fruits. The finish is enveloping and elegant, with subtle notes of currant and elderflower that bring freshness and harmonious balance, leaving a refined and lingering sensation on the palate.
Abelé 1757 is one of the oldest and most respected houses in the region. Founded in Reims in 1757 by merchant Joseph Abelé, it stands out for its traditional approach and constant pursuit of excellence in production.
