The Maset Brut is one of Maset’s most iconic traditional Cavas. Made with a special blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada and a minimum of one year of aging on the lees, this sparkling wine is smooth, fresh, and rich in nuances. The flavor is soft and balanced, with creamy bubbles and notes of apple, white flowers, brioche, and fennel, finishing long with a slightly sweet touch.

Appearance:
Lemon yellow in color with golden highlights. Creamy, well-integrated bubbles.
Nose:
Aromas of fruit (apple) and white flowers (chamomile flower) on a refreshing background of lemon and anise. Hints of herbs and aging (brioche).

On the palate it is smooth, balanced and with a long and slightly sweet finish.
