The U mes U Rara Avis Territ Brut Nature Reserva is a Brut Nature Reserva cava made from 100% Xarel·lo grapes grown in the Alt Penedès region, at an altitude of 300 meters. It has been fermented in barrels and aged for at least 24 months on the lees, with no added sugar. This is an elegant cava with an intense yellow color and straw-like reflections, offering aromas of citrus, ripe apple, and subtle smoky and toasted notes from its barrel aging. On the palate, it is fresh, structured, and creamy, with balanced acidity and a long, refined finish.
