Vinyes de Can Sala Brut Nature 2008 75cl
The Vinyes de Can Sala Brut Nature 2008 is a Cava from a Qualified Single Vineyard produced in Sant Quintí de Mediona with a limited production of only 4,000 bottles. It combines 50% Xarel·lo and 50% Parellada from old, low-yield vines, vinified with minimal intervention and pressed in a historic Dubois press. After 204 months of aging on the lees, it achieves a unique complexity: it presents a golden color with fine and persistent bubbles, elegant aromas of ripe fruit, brioche and pastry, and a structured, fresh and refined palate, with a long and silky finish.
It is a single-vineyard cava produced by Vins Família Ferrer with historical roots in the original Freixenet family winery.
Internationally recognized as one of the best sparkling wines in the world (2020)
