The Roger Goulart Brut Nature Reserva 2021 is an elegant *Cava* from Penedès, made from 40% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, and 30% Parellada using the traditional method, with over 30 months of bottle aging. It displays fresh aromas of white fruit and pastry, a creamy and balanced palate, and a long, persistent finish.
Roger Goulart winery was founded in 1882 in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, in the heart of Alt Penedès, and is a pioneer in the production of *cava* using the traditional method in Spain.
