Disfrutando 0.0 White Sparkling is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine (0.0% vol.) produced in Spain by Bodegas Juan Gil, made from Verdejo grapes. Its aging does not include oak barrels; it is vinified using traditional methods and then dealcoholized, with controlled carbonation in stainless-steel tanks to achieve fine bubbles and preserve its primary aromas. It shows a pale yellow color and offers a fresh, delicate profile, with citrus notes of lime and lemon, floral hints of jasmine, moderate acidity, and a soft effervescence, resulting in a light, dry, and very easy-to-drink wine.

Appearance:
Pale yellow in color with greenish highlights, clean and bright, with fine, persistent bubbles that form an elegant bead in the glass.
Nose:
An intense presence of fresh fruit aromas, mainly citrus notes such as lime, lemon, and a touch of grapefruit, complemented by hints of green apple and pear. Subtle floral notes of jasmine and white flowers are also perceived, with a lightly herbaceous background that adds freshness and delicacy.
Palate
Light and refreshing on the palate, with a soft, creamy effervescence.
