The Oddbird Blanc de Blancs Non-Alcoholic is a premium non-alcoholic sparkling wine, produced in France with Chardonnay and Colombard grapes. It is made using traditional winemaking methods before being gently dealcoholized to preserve its natural character. It presents a Brut style, fresh and dry, with a pale yellow color and golden highlights, accompanied by fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers aromas of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, while on the palate it is lively, elegant, and balanced, with notes of pear, peach, and a clean, refreshing finish.
