Viñas Queirolo Intipalka Extra Brut is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, which gives it a combination of freshness and aromatic complexity. It is produced following the Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in large stainless steel tanks. This method is ideal for preserving the fresh and fruity aromas of the grapes.
It is a fresh and elegant Peruvian sparkling wine, with fruity and floral aromas, fine and persistent bubbles, and a balanced, dry palate with a clean finish.
Viñas Queirolo is a Peruvian winery with more than 140 years of history, located in the Ica Valley, a region recognized for its climate and exceptional soils for viticulture.
