The Torelló Special Edition Costa Brava Brut Reserva is a Corpinnat Brut Reserva created to honor the Costa Brava. It is a Corpinnat gem, made from 48% Macabeo, 34% Xarel·lo, and 18% Parellada from estate vineyards, and aged for over two years in the bottle on the lees. It displays a bright golden color, complex aromas of candied fruit, fresh herbs, and fine pastry, with a firm, fresh, and well-structured palate.
Certified organic, it captures the essence of the Costa Brava both on the label and in its flavor, evoking the region’s landscape and maritime character.
The Torelló winery uses grapes from its Can Martí estate (Alt Penedès), a family vineyard since 1395.

Appearance:
Golden yellow in color with golden highlights, clean and transparent. It has a fine, elegant and persistent bubble, forming a string of bubbles in the glass.
Nose:
Seductive and harmonious aromas: highlights include dried fruits, mint, candied fruit, and hints of pastry, as well as delicate white flowers and mineral nuances.
Palate
Dry, fresh, and structured. It offers a vibrant entry, with good energy and balanced acidity. The texture is firm yet delicate, with notes of brioche, almond, and an excellent expression of ripe fruit. The finish is persistent, ample, and elegant.
